Lucia Stuart’s Wild Kitchen combines super fresh, healthy seasonal food with decadent dining experiences. An expert forager, restaurateur and author, Lucia will introduce you to the delights of foraging food and feed you royally as well. Practical sessions will take place in the beautiful coast and countryside of East Kent. You will learn to identify and cook delicious wild food and learn additional skills such as making a fire for outdoor cooking, food smoking or making cheese. Meals will be a gourmet feast of seasonal delights and forager’s cocktails.
Campfires, country walks and little adventures will make these weekenders a delight for all your senses.
£250 includes two nights accommodation, breakfast, lunch & dinner on Saturday and breakfast, lunch and tea on Sunday. £220 without accommodation.
Arrive between 7 -9 pm on the Friday, depart 5pm on Sunday. Accommodation at Rippledown is in dorm style rooms. Some single occupancy available, allocated on a first come first served basis
