Holiday Club places are limited therefore it is recommended you make your booking in advance. Bookings may be made via the website or through the office address: The Bay Trust, Pines Garden, Beach Road, St Margaret’s Bay, Dover, CT15 6DZ. Office Telephone: 01304 851 737.

Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of full payment. If payment is not made in advance of the club we retain the right to offer the place to another child.

Places may be booked on the day however PLEASE NOTE – if you choose to turn up on the day there may not be a space for your child.

Rippledown will not be held responsible for any injuries suffered by or to the applicant howsoever caused nor will the facility at which the club is being held.

We ask that you disclose any medical conditions on the booking form for the interest of your child’s and other holiday club participant’s safety. Any medication brought onto the site must be given to a course leader for safe-keeping. Children must able to administer their own medication when required.

Rippledown reserve the right to take photographs at any of its clubs for promotional purposes ONLY, any parent wishing their child to be excluded from any such pictures must ensure that the consent box on the booking form remains un-ticked.

All personal information held by Rippledown will be put into a database to let parents/carers know about future courses, no information whatsoever will be passed onto third parties. If you do not give consent to be registered onto the Rippledown database please ensure the consent box on the booking form remains unticked.

Rippledown will not be held responsible for loss of personal belongings or monies at any of it’s clubs.

Refunds are issued as follows: 100% refund 14+ days cancellation notice, 50% refund 7-10 days cancellation notice, no refund for less than 7 days cancellation notice. Cancellation notice must be given in writing.
